ryan was always an avid swimmer. 

one day he made the trek to swim out to the island in the middle of the lake. his efforts prevailed as he swam there. 

and then swam back. 

legends tell that the story still echoes in the forest, sometimes reaching the outskirts of the ears of folk living in the city.

 one day, ryan will finally stop talking about the time he swam to the island in the middle of the lake and back. until then, we can only bare witness.
